This mousse is perfectly sweet without being over bearing and you will not get a strong tofu flavor. I have had this container of silken tofu in my fridge for a while and I was waiting for the perfect dessert idea to come along. Tofu chocolate mousse was born. I ate this mousse during the last episode of Attack on Titan part 2 and it just made the whole evening so much better because I was sad that I now have to wait a year for the last part of the season.
