Kale with White Beans and Vegan Sausage

In a pinch? Try this recipe! I made this within like 10-15 minutes before I had to drive to go sub at a high school. It was SO GOOD for such a simple lunch.
You'll Need: A frying pan and spatula
{Vegan, High Protein, Low Sugar}

Ingredients
1/2 tbsp Olive oil
5 oz (3 handfuls) Kale, chopped
1 link Vegan sausage link
1/2 cup (130 grams) White beans
1/2 tsp Garlic clove
1/2 tsp Minced onion or onion powder
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp Vegan chicken or vegetable boullion
Salt & Pepper
Dash of apple cider vinegar or cooking wine
Vegan parmesan (optional)
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
Crumble the sausage link and brown.
Add the kale, beans, garlic, minced onion, salt, pepper, water, and boullion in the frying pan. Stir together until kale is wilted.
Add the dash of vinegar or cooking wine. Stir.
Transfer contents to a bowl and top with optional vegan parmesan cheese.

I used the Trader Joe's vegan sausage link
