Tis the season for macros friendly desserts and snacks!

{Vegan, Added Sugar Free, High Protein, Nut Free, Gluten Free}

You will need:

  • Spoon or spatula

  • Parchment paper

  • Small mixing bowl

  • Measuring cups and spoons

Ingredients: (Links below for specifics)*

  • 1/2 cup or 55 grams Vanilla protein powder

  • 2 tbsp or 20 grams Coconut flour

  • 10 ml or 1 tbsp Olive oil*

  • 4-5 tbsp Water*

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp Butter extract (vegan), optional

  • 1/4 tsp Almond extract, optional

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1 tbsp or 12 grams Sprinkles (vegan)

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.

  • The mixture should not be too wet that it sticks all over your hands or too dry that the dough does not stick together.

  • Roll the protein dough into 10-12 even balls (I made 11) and place onto parchment paper.

  • Add extra sprinkles on top for decoration.

  • Store the protein bites in the fridge!

Notes:

I used Purely Inspired's french vanilla vegan protein powder

I used Trader Joe's vegan Valentine's Day sprinkles

You can use plant milk over water

You can use apple sauce or a runny nut butter instead of oil for an oil free version
